We now offer a maintenance membership for clients who have already had us organize their spaces!

This includes a once-a-month session of 4 hours of maintenance/touch-up organizing for rooms we have already organized for you in the past. Because the purging/deep clean organizing has already been done, we can touch up all areas in one session. 

For less than many people spend to make their neighbors happy with monthly yard maintenance, you can make yourself happy with the peace of knowing your pantry, kitchen, playroom, office, closets and garage will be touched up once a month!!! 

It is an excellent service to have scheduled the day BEFORE your house cleaners arrive! Organized spaces are more accessible, easier to clean, and allow you to get better value from their service!

With a monthly membership, you can choose the same day/slot every month. Or if you prefer a flexible schedule, you will still have priority scheduling with our Happy Home Maintenance membership! 

You will also receive the best value! Our standard 4-hour organizing rate is $240.00. As an Austin Organizer Happy Home Maintenance member, a discounted $200.00 flat fee is charged to your card once a month for your 4-hour maintenance session! This means you'll get greater peace of mind, priority scheduling, multi-room sessions, and nearly $500 a year in savings!
